You may have a dream, but if you're dreaming it too high and too deep without any efforts, definitely you're going to fall.
This is the message I got from Christopher Nolan as the director and screen-writer of INCEPTION. People have a right to make up their dream anyhow, anywhere in anyway. The director got the idea that by dreaming a man may get a simple idea which will let him walk in different pathways of his life all of sudden. The interesting way used by Nolan is about an idea transfering through dreaming, from one's dream to another's. Some says that this is a hard-to-understand movie that they got confused and kept demanding about the conclusion. I belive it is a psychologial movie which plays with our psychological point of view when we're watching it.
I remember that my nephew told me about his dream long time ago when he was in Senior High School. He was in a school dormitory and used to sleep more often than his friend. Once, he had a History exam and he was so worried bout it. At night, he dreamt of doing a History exam and reading the whole questions given by. Next in the early morning, heasked the roomate about the answers of those dreamed-questions. Then, it's proven that he had done and passed the examination successfully.
I have never dreamt of that sort. Yet, I made my dreams. Psychologists say it was recalling dream. Yeah...I believe that dreams can be the reflection of thoughts in reality which are brought into our subconsiousness part of body when sleeping. Javanese people believe that dreams send a sort of messages that something may happen later.
As in Inception, Leo DiCapri and team tried to deliver a message to someone through his dreams about something should happen next. They wanted to plant an idea to the man. The labyrinth and some hazards they faced reflected our real obstacles to reach out our dream. It will be a well done project with a great effort, though.
Now, what's it in your dream? You should start paying attention that some messages may be hidden in it.
